At Fajuva, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as "final sale"
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@fajuva.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
